Order Policy:
We love baking for you! Orders must be paid for in full at the time they are placed. To place an order, please call 812-449-7718 or stop by the bakery. No orders are taken online. We do not partner with any food delivery services. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for all orders, except for holidays. Due to high volumes at holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, orders must be placed at least one week in advance, if not sooner. Orders for weddings and other large events, must be placed at least one month prior to the event at the latest.
Return Policy:
At Be Happy Pie Company, we take pride in making our products from scratch and baking them to perfection for your enjoyment. If there is a defect with your baked good, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up). Please do not throw the baked good away. Return the item to us so we can see what went wrong. We will work with you to determine an acceptable solution.
Pick Up Policy:
As a courtesy, we send a text reminder every morning to the phone number provided by the customer. Product that is not picked up on the day selected by the customer, will not be refunded or issued store credit.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans change, and we will gladly assist you in adjusting your order date whenever possible. We require a 3-business day notice to cancel an order. If 3 business days are given, a 75% refund will be refunded to the credit card used or put on a store gift card for in-store credit. No cash refunds will be given. Be Happy Pie Company will retain 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered, and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a 3-business day notice for cancellation will result in no refund or store credit given.
Wedding Policy:
We are honored to bake for your wedding. We require a $50, non-refundable, deposit to hold your date. This deposit will go towards your balance. If the wedding order is canceled after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded. Half of the balance is due one month prior to the wedding, and payment in full is due two weeks prior to the wedding.
